How we ship items
Physical items - local shipping
We send our articles inside of South Africa with reliable and selected parcel courier services. The shipment usually arrives promptly and can be traced. Shipping costs are calculated in invoices, not immediately during checkout.
Physical items - worldwide shipping
If you ordered outside of South Africa, shipping is a long way. You often only pay the net value of the goods and the transport costs. Please remember that when the shipment arrives in your country, customs allow it to be picked up or delivered. You as the recipient have to pay a customs fee and local VAT while you collect on site. Shipping costs are calculated in invoices, not immediately during checkout.
Digital items
Everything that is delivered digitally, usual remains VAT-free only for business customer. Our invoices contain a reference to the tax regulations. Data size below 250 MB, is usually not charged in invoices.
