How is work equipment and environment prepared?


As a customer, please use the following description. Special work equipment, ergonomic offices and workplaces or a place of use are described as examples. Other locations require our risk assessments.

These guideline is part of our Blockchain and the basic contract.

You certainly want to comply with IT, data and other security protection with this guide. Technically smooth, fatigue-free operations are made possible. Our travel or remote packages, have their own workplaces included.

The room:


To carry out office work, CAD, rendering and BIM-3D, I need a glare-free and fatigue-free environment. Important criterias are:

  • Single or maximum double office (low-noise)
  • Winter: approx. 21 ° C / Summer: approx. 8 to 10 ° C under AT
  • Room air cleaned individually or centrally and qualitatively
  • Glare-free daylight with shade option
  • 3 free sockets at the desk
  • Table arrangement with privacy protection and separation

Costs? You will incur travel and expense costs.

The illumination:


The lighting at the workplace should be around 500 lux.
Indirect, glare-free lighting must be implemented in order to ensure legibility on monitors.

The Ergonomics:


Our activity is over-weighing a sedentary activity.

  • In addition to ergonomic workplace design, high-quality seating is required.
  • Arm Rests desired.


IT / Telecom / Data:


Our telephone requires a sufficiently fast Internet by connection. A router is required.  Our PC workstation requires a sufficiently fast Internet by connection. A router is required.  A LAN- & WLAN-router with firewall is necessary and to serve even by us possible with additional fees. Ports are not to be restricted for ex. https, http, ftp, voip. LTE is recommended. Fixed IP addresses are being used, we will need two, each one for PC and phone. 

Additional PC and landline telephone could also be provided free of charge by the customer. We do provide phones. Calls and data are not covered within our tariffs and the customer will be charged separately. 

Costs? You will incur telephone, data and set-up costs. 

Print and Scan:


To process documents in A4 & A3 the customer provides a color printer with mainly scan functionality. This appliance must be integrated in the IT-network by connection to a LAN-socket on a router. Drawing sheets above A3 must be provided by customer if necessary or "old school" must be digitalized. 


Costs? You will incur operation expenses. 

A parking space:


We need a sufficiently large parking space for a vehicle with the following dimensions:

H: 2m    W: 2,1m   L: 5,5m 

If the work space is located inside a Low Emission zone, a charging station for an EV could necessary, if other kinds of cars are prohibited. On top our specific vehicle on site needs electrical connection to power sockets like Schuko or CEE.

Costs? You incur the power line and charging cost.

A lecture room:


A lecture room with a video projector, screen or TV, as well as WiFi and Internet, may be required for meetings and working groups. We recommend providing video conferencing as an alternative. Please contact us if support is needed.

Costs? No matter which place of work, you will incur data costs. 


General hygiene measures:


Every workplace needs its occupational safety via risk assessments. So that it also fits the workplace you want to provide, we offer the creation of adapted operating instructions.
This contains all the necessary measures that are required to maintain the health, safety and hygiene of all project partners and persons  involved. Measures can vary depending on the location. For example, at international airports there is noise and nano-fine dust, at chemical sites there are air chemicals, at nuclear sites there is radiation and control-areas and much more. 
In general, we compare with our templates and do provide adjustments in certain cases with OHS service or BIMpilot.
