Buyer Protection - for Advisory Services

My buyer protection secures online ordered advisory related services. In many cases I protect against financial loss.

Please note the exact scope of services and terms of use on our buyer protection page. Individual cases are only presented here as examples:

1. Missing Service - If you have not received the consulting or advisory services you have ordered. Our buyer protection protects and reimburses your payment.
2. Invalid voucher - You ordered or received a gift voucher. This does not work and was it secured with the buyer protection? Then we'll take care of the problem.
3. Problems with digital products - Digital content such as documents or the like is not being sent or is not valid? We will find a solution to this if combined with advisory services. Promised.
4. The order does not arrive - Your Package lost on the way, was it handed over to the neighbor or simply parked somewhere without authorization? Do you not receive the delivery as a content of advisory services? We check whether the delivery fits the service and find a way.
5. Your reimbursement remains off - Have you canceled your order and / or returned it, but the reimbursement has not been made? We process this centrally, even if a partner does not help here.
6. The online shop Partner is insolvent - After your order, our partner filed for bankruptcy, or is no longer available for other reasons? You haven't received the package you ordered or a refund? The reimbursement is in our hands.
